Terms of Use
These draft terms describe expected use of the Ando beta. They are intentionally explicit about beta limits and must be reviewed before being treated as final legal copy.
Ando is currently in beta. Features, model availability, pricing, and service behavior may change as the platform matures.
Ando provides a beta inference account, dynamic top-up balance, app connection templates, Biscuit credentials, OpenAI-compatible endpoint access, usage views, and related platform tools.
The service is in beta. Features, models, pricing, availability, performance, and support may change or be interrupted. No production SLA applies unless Ando separately agrees in writing.
You are responsible for your account, connected apps, budgets, prompts, outputs, and use of credentials issued through Ando.
You must provide accurate account and billing information, keep access credentials secure, and promptly revoke or rotate credentials you believe may be exposed.
Biscuit tokens are bearer credentials. Anyone with a valid token may be able to use the associated connection and spend its budget or inference balance until the token is revoked or expires.
Do not publish, screenshot, paste, or share Biscuit tokens except where required to configure a trusted client such as your own Open WebUI instance.
Inference pricing is dynamic and should be sourced from Ando's active pricing snapshot. Top-up units are locked at checkout, and usage debits the inference balance as requests are processed.
Stripe handles hosted checkout. Failed or cancelled checkouts should not add balance. Refunds, disputes, taxes, minimum top-up amounts, and payment edge cases require final owner and legal review.
Do not use Ando for illegal activity, abuse, malware, credential theft, privacy invasion, unauthorized security testing, attempts to bypass limits, sanctions or export violations, child exploitation, or activity that harms the service or other users.
Ando may suspend or limit access for abuse, nonpayment, legal risk, security risk, or beta operations.

Content And Third-Party Apps
You are responsible for inputs you send and outputs you use. Model output may be inaccurate or unsafe for high-stakes decisions without independent review.
Third-party apps and tools, including Open WebUI, Hermes Agent, OpenCode, and similar clients, are governed by their own terms. Ando compatibility presets do not make those tools Ando products.

Legal Terms To Finalize
Governing law, dispute process, liability cap, indemnity, tax language, refund policy, data-processing roles, and international transfer terms must be reviewed before this page is treated as final.
Ando may update these terms as the beta changes. Continued use after an update may be treated as acceptance where permitted by law.
